Requirements & Deadlines

  • Information sessions on Monday April 24th (4:30 pm, Wilder 112) and Tuesday April 25th (12:15 pm, Wilder 101).
  • Application and recommendation due Friday April 28th.
  • Notification of acceptance by Friday May 5th.
  • Non-refundable $300 deposit due by Friday May 12th.
  • Remaining balance will be due by Monday September 18th.

For students accepted for the project:

By Friday November 20th:

  • Complete additional information forms (TBA).
  • Register for GeoBlue health insurance. Here’s a description of the coverage and how to register online.
  • Register your travel plans with the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program online. STEP is a free service from the State Department that allows you to register your trip with the nearest US Embassy or Consulate.
  • Registration for Winter Term is due by Friday December 1st.
